This Privacy Policy applies to AI Skool of Business (hosted on Skool), riseandshinebiz.com and its sub-domains, all digital products, free resources, interactive tools hosted on external platforms, and our pages and accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any other platforms (collectively, the “Sites” and “Services”).

  • Information you enter into interactive tools (such as assessment responses or form inputs)

We also collect certain information automatically when you visit our websites, including:

  • IP address and browser/device information

  • Pages visited and time spent on the site

  • Referring URLs

  • Cookie data, including Meta Pixel cookies for advertising attribution

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and manage your membership and community access

5. Email Communications

When you join AI Skool of Business, purchase a product, or download a free resource, you may be added to email communications from Rise & Shine Consulting, LLC. These emails may include community updates, offers, educational content, and announcements.

You may unsubscribe from any email list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or by contacting us at hi@riseandshinebiz.com. It may take up to 48 hours for this to take effect.

We use email service providers (such as Flodesk) to manage our email lists. Your email address and name are shared with these providers solely for the purpose of sending you emails.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our websites may use cookies and similar tracking technologies, including:

  • Essential cookies — required for the site to function

  • Meta Pixel — tracks page visits and conversions for Facebook and Instagram advertising, including both browser-side tracking and server-side tracking via the Meta Conversions API

  • Google Analytics (GA4) — for understanding site traffic and user behavior

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect your ability to use some features of the Sites. At all times when using our sites, you should have the ability to select marketing preferences and opt in or out of data capture.

  • Service providers who help us operate our business (payment processors, email platforms, community platform, analytics tools) — only as necessary to provide their services

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — for advertising attribution via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API

  • Skool — as the platform hosting the community

  • Trusted affiliates — if an affiliate is connected to a purchase you make, they may receive your name and email address to verify leads and sales. We do not share payment information with affiliates.

  • Law enforcement or regulatory bodies — if required by law

If you do not wish for your information to be shared with an affiliate, please contact us before making a purchase. Please be aware that you may not be able to receive affiliate bonuses if your contact information is not provided to the relevant affiliate.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your membership is active or as needed to provide you with services. If you cancel your membership, we may retain your information for a reasonable period for legal, accounting, or legitimate business purposes. Data is managed to ensure it is either erased when no longer required for its original purpose, retained for legal reasons, or minimized and retained.

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 10).

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Correct inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of your personal information

  • Opt out of marketing emails (via unsubscribe links in any email)

  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your data

When using Meta advertising features or Google Analytics, an international transfer of data may occur. By using the Sites and Services, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your data outside the EU where necessary for the provision of services.

Under California law, you have the right to be notified of data collection practices, to request disclosure (up to twice per year) of the personal information we have about you, to request deletion of that information, to know if your data is being sold (it is not), to receive a copy of your information in portable form, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

13. Children’s Privacy

AI Skool of Business is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at hi@riseandshinebiz.com.

Our websites and community may contain links to third-party websites, tools, and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies before submitting any personal information.
